Short Film News (SFN)- Hot Docs has joined forces with KINOSMITH to launch The Hot Docs Collection.

Under the terms of the deal, Hot Docs programmers will consult with KINOSMITH on Canadian distribution opportunities for Hot Docs titles.

The Hot Docs Collection allows film lovers to own outstanding docs from around the world, many of which premiered at Hot Docs or Doc Soup. Upcoming releases include THE ART STAR AND THE SUDANESE TWINS, THE BODYBUILDER AND I and THE ORDER OF MYTHS.

A portion of the revenues from each DVD sale will be donated by KINOSMITH to Hot Docs' youth and education programs.
