Short Film News (SFN)- Tehran International Short Film Festival invited filmmakers to submit their films for its 30th edition.
The festival consists of different sections such as: screenings of selected films, workshops, seminars and critic meetings.
The call for entries is open to short Fiction, Animation and Documentary films, premiered after January 1st 2011, with up to 40 minutes of total running time.

Some 376 filmmakers from 64 countries have submitted their latest productions to the festival so far.
Some 83 films by French filmmakers, 19 productions by Germans and 14 films by British directors are among the entries.
At least seven member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) will also screen their films in the event.
Over 1000 productions from different countries such as Egypt, Lebanon, Indonesia, Palestine, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, and Turkey were submitted to the previous edition which was held in the Iranian capital of Tehran and some other provinces.
The 30th Tehran International Short Film Festival is slated to take place in October, 2013.
