Short Film News (SFN) - Eurodoc, the French network for documentary filmmakers will go to Visions du Reel Festival to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

The organization which has been devoted entirely to the training of European producers, will present an anthology of films from its workshops, a debate and etc.

Visions du Reel also dedicates a special program to the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall with films from the past and present.

Thomas Heise, a filmmaker from the former GDR, will be doing a montage of excerpts of his own films shot in 1989, the year in which everything changed so radically.

As well, a symposium will supplement this program in cooperation with the Department of history of the University of Geneva.

The 15th Visions du Reel Festival will run April 23-29 in Nyon, Switzerland.
