Short Film News (SFN) - Eight Iranian documentaries and short films are going to participate in the 4th edition of Shoot Me Festival in Den Haag, The Netherlands.
The festival that is going to take place from 16 to 22 June, has a special program for screening independent films from the Middle East.
The Other Side of Cinema (Arash Abbasi), Angles Die in the Soil (Babak Amini), My Handsome Son Will Be Pasha (Salem Salavati), The Border (Sattar Chaman Goli), Tehran 318 (Souran Mardoukhi), and Wind Blows in the Alley (Diako Yazdani) are going to be shown in this program.
Arte-east institution in New York is going to screen 3 films from the Middle East in this program among which is Tehran Has No Pomegranate by Masoud Bakhshi.
Afghan Boy by Parviz Vlavioun is a co-production of Iran and Germany which is going to be screened in another program of this festival: The First Dreamers in the World which is a special program about immigration and refugees.
Animation films, Culture and Origins and Documentary Film Section: Doc You, are the other programs in this festival.
