Short Film News (SFN) - The programmers of "Sole e Luna" Doc Fest - Mediterranean and Islamic International Documentary Festival have extended the entry deadline, because of large interests of filmmakers.

The festival is going to take place in Palermo, Italy from 20th to 27th of July 2008, and the new deadline is 30th of March 2008.

"Sole e Luna" Doc Fest has two award categories: Islam, which includes the most important international productions dealing with Islam, and MEDITERRANEAN, that includes the international films about the sea and the Mediterranean coast.

According to the regulations, all entry films must have been produced after 2003, and entry form is available on festival website: www.soleelunadocfest.com.
