Short Film News (SFN)- The 7the edition of Tiburon International Film Festival will present a selection of latest films made by or about the Iranians from around the world.
Sound Barrier by Amir Naderi is the most distinctive film in this festival and according to the festival organizers Amir Naderi will be the guest of the festival.
Naderis'16th film is the story of a deaf and mute teenage boy and the films is the first part of his Sound trilogy exploring the use of sound as character.
Colors of Memory by Amir Shahab Razavian and Unfinished Stories by Pourya Azerbaijani are the two other films to be screened in this festival.
Iran Behind Walls by Haken Toyay is a co-production of Iran and Turkey in which Fatemeh Motamed Arya, Pouran Derakhshandeh and Moniroo Ravanipour talk about women situation in Iran.
Faces on the Wall (Iran/France production), A Season of Madness and Security (both US/Iran productions), Kill the Messenger (France Production), and The Shade (Iran/Canada production) are the other films in this festival.
The 7th edition of Tiburon International Film Festival is going to take place March 13-21, 2008 in Tiburon, California.
