Short Film News (SFN)- The House is Black by Forough Farrokhzad is going to be screened in the 37th edition of Rotterdam International Film Festival.

This film is going to be shown in Cinema Regained: Piece Unique together with some other classic works by famous artists such as Peter Sellars, Jean Genet, Peter Lorre, Marel Duchamp, and Samuel Beckett.

Rotterdam Festival is going to be opened on Tuesday, 23 January and Forough Farrokhzad's film is going to be shown on Friday evening, 1 February.

There are two other Iranian films in non-competitive sections: Hafez by Abolfazl Jalili in Kings & Aces program and Unfinished Stories by Pourya Azarbayjani in Time & Tide program.     

This year 15 features compete to won the Golden Tiger in International Competition of Rotterdam Festival. In Short Film Competition there would be 20 works.

The 37th edition of Rotterdam Film Festival would be finished on 3 February.
