Short Film News (SFN)- An Iranian film won a prize in Auburn International Film Festival for Children and Young Adults.
Auburn Festival which was held from 17 - 21 September 2007 selected The Zero by Sajad Shahedy as the best film made by youth 15 - 22 years old.
This festival was in three sections: films made by children 6 - 14 years old, films made by youth 15 - 22 years old and films made by adults for/about children.
The prize of the first competitive section went to Color Abstraction made by two American children. Two prizes were given to two Singaporean and Australian films in the third competitive section.
The jury of this festival consists of 13 six-years-old children and a group of younth.
Auburn International Film Festival is one of the festivals holding by Cinewest organization.
