Short Film News (SFN) - Three Iranian animations are going to be participated in the International competition of the 9th Edition of Short Cuts Cologne.

This festival is going to be held from 29 November to 3 December 2006 and about 60 films are going to be participated in it this year.

Olympic Adventures by Siavash Zarrinabadi, The Pain by Mashallah Mohammadi and Terrestrial by Kianoosh Abedi are the three Iranian animations in this festival.

Cologne Shorts and Student films NRW are the other parts of this festival.

The focus part of this year is especially on Baltic States and some films from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania are going to be shown.

Belgian Special and Shorts for Kids are the other parts of this festival.
