Short Film News (SFN) - Four short films by Iranian director are going to be participated in Tous Courts festival in France.

The 24th edition of this festival is going to be held from 4 to 9 December 2006.

A Little Bit Higher by Mehdi Jafari, A Trip to the End of the World by Mohammad Ali Rumi, Lessons from Bam by Alireza Ghani, and Mirror and Water by Bijan Zaman Pira are the four Iranian short films in the international competition of this festival.

Tour Courts festival will be opened this year by showing 8 short films directed by most famous filmmakers of the world among which we can mention Jacques Tati and Jane Campion.

This festival has another part specified for the films about urbanities in which some films directed by Jean Vigo, Pier Paolo Pasolini and Bill Morrison are going to be shown.

European cinema, from short to feature, regional films, schools programs, night of Shorts, artistic bridges, forums and debates are the other programs of this festival.
