Nine Iranian Films in the International Animation Festival of Madrid

Short Film News - Nine Iranian animation films are going to be participated in the 7th edition of the International Festival of Animadrid next week in Madrid.

This festival will be held from September 29 to October 6, 2006, in Pozuelo de Alarcon of Madrid and the animations from 89 countries are going to be participated in it.

The Footsteps of Water by Alireza Darvish and Carmen Perez Gonzalez, Zero Degree by Omid Khoshnazar, The Lad by Saied Panji, There was the Moon and the Fox by Babak Nazari, The Longest Trip in the World by Mohammad Moghaddam, Red Fort by Farnoush Abedi,The Farmer & the Cow by Fatemeh Goodarzi, The Sweet Story by Mohammad Reza Abedi, and The Jewel Mountain by Abdollah Alimoradi are the Iranian films in this festival.

Rendering tribute to Pablo Lorens, the Spanish animator, retrospective on Bazilian animated films, and an analysis of the animation produced in Africa are the other parts of this festival.

AnimaMAX 2006 is the third animation marathon held within the activities scheduled for Animadrid Festival 2006 through which the selected teams will show the animations for over a non-stop period of 24 hours.
