Short Film News - Seven Iranian short films, Features, documentaries and animations are going to be shown in the 20th edition of Arsenals International Film Forum in Riga, Latvia.

These films are going to be shown in Panorama part by the theme of Middle East: Milkan (Minoo Kiani), The Hole (Vahid Nasirian), The Wind Paper (Ali Zamani Esmati), The Role of the Image (Farshid Azari), KHEIMESHABBAZI (Reza Darianoosh), It Happened in Three Seconds (Hossein Ziaiee), and On the Canvas of the Time (Mohammad Taghi Ravandi).

Also the first feature of Ali Mohammad Ghasemi Writing on Earth is going to be shown in the International Competition of this festival. It's the opening film of the festival.

Arsenals International Film Forum will be held from September 16 - 24.

Riga is the capital city of Latvia and the home town of Sergei Mikhailovich Eisenstein, one of the geniuses in the history of cinema.
