Short Film News (SFN)- The 27th edition of Carrousel International du film de Rimouski is going to be the host of two Iranian films.
The festival is going to be held in competition and non competition sections and the Camerio Parize are awarded by the local and international jury made up of 10 to 17 year olds.
I Feel Pity for the Ozone Layer is a 3-minute animation by Pooria Agili, a 12 year old Iranian filmmaker that is going to have his world premier in the competition section of this festival.
This animation whose producer is Marian Riahi, the manager of SFN, is about the air pollution from a 12 year old child point of view.
In non-competition section of the festival A Time to Love by Ebrahim Forouzesh is going to be screened.
The festival is going to have other activities in addition to film screening such as animation, acting, directing, shooting, and make up workshops.
The 27th edition of Carrousel International du film de Rimouski is going to take place from 26th September till 4th October in Rimouski (Quebec), Canada and and full list of the official selection is available at festival's website: www.carrousel.qc.ca
