The Winners of Marseille Festival are Announced

Short Film News (SFN)- Must Read After my Death, a praised film by Morgan Dews, won the Grand Prix of the International Competition of the 19th FidMarseille Festival.

The festival which had started on 2nd July, closed on Monday night by announcing the winners.

In the International Competition section, Khiam by Khalil Joreige and Joana Hadjithomas from Lebanon won the Grand Prix.

In French Film Competition, the grand prix went to L'heure Du Berger by Pierre Creton and George de Beauregard Prize of National section was dedicated to D'arusha a Arusha by Christopher Gargot.

Also Accoster by Olivier Derousseau from France won the First Film Prize.

The French films of Au Loin des Villages and L'heure Du Berger respectively won the Public Libraries Prize and GNCR Prize.

Life by Mahmoud Kiani Falavarjani was the only representative from Iran in this year's Marseille Festival which was screened in a lateral section of the festival.
