Short Film News (SFN)- Marjan Riahi, the manager of SFN and the Iranian journalist and documentaries is going to participate in Zoom – Zblizenia International Independent Film Festival in Poland as a jury member of the festival.

Riahi who has experienced judging in the 2nd Kabul International Documentary and Short Film Festival in Afghanistan, the 7th edition of Third Eye International Festival in India and the 2nd edition of Grand Off Independent Cinema Award, is going to judge 71 features, semi-features and short films together with 4 Polish photographer and cinema experts and one cinema expert from Czech Republic.

Robert Gonera, the famous Polish cinema and TV actor will be the president of the jury.
The other jury members are: Tomas Kepka, filmmaker, instructor and photographer from Czech Republic, Stanislaw Lenartowicz, Polish filmmaker and screenwriter, Daniel Antosik Polish news photographer, and Witold Kon the director of Grand Off Independent Cinema Award. 

The 6-member jury team will dedicate the awards for the best fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, student, independent, and armature films in addition to the Grand Prix.

Zoom – Zblizenia Festival is going to take place from 19 till 22 February with the news sponsoring of SFN in Jelena Gora in Poland.
