Short Film News (SFN)- Hollywood actor Leonardo Di Caprio narrates a short documentary film about climate change. "Green World Rising" takes a look at how renewable energy can provide a solid foundation for a thriving, sustainable modern world.

Previous installments released earlier this year and also narrated by DiCaprio include "Last Hours" and "Carbon."

After a short introduction from the Oscar-nominated actor, followed by clips of scientists and environmental activists, DiCaprio narrates the 8-minute film.

"It is now clear that we can power civilization with sustainable sources of energy, DiCaprio says. "This goal is not only achievable, it is also good economic policy."

Against a backdrop of spinning wind turbines, DiCaprio's voice urges that "it is imperative we transition now."
