Short Film News (SFN) - The 7th Irpen Film Festival will take place June 2009 in Irpen, Ukraine and accepts the entries to 31 March 2009.

According to organizers, documentary and art, professional and amateur films, made on a film or a video, any duration, created at any time in any country, taking part in any festivals, shown on any TV-channel or at any cinema can take part in the festival.

Irpen Festival which dedicates to independent cinema, includes Animation, Documentary, Fiction and Experimental film categories.

The festival entry is free and open for everyone. The quantity of movies sent by one author is not limited.

The spectators can be present on viewing of all films and entrance is free for everyone.
