Short Film News (SFN) - Spanish director, Eduardo Chapero-Jackson's Lightborne won Golden Dragon award for best film in the International Competition of 48th Krakow Film Festival.
The festival which closed June 5, give 3 Silver Dragon for best animated, fiction, and documentary films to polish directors.
Iranian Rokhsareh Ghaemmaghami won an Honorary Diploma for her short documentary, Cyanosis, while another Diploma went to Humoresque by Diana Deleanu from Romania.
In Feature-Lenght Documentary Competition, Golden Horn for best film went to Revue by Sergei Loznitsa and Igor Heitzmann's A Father's Music won Silver Horn for the best directing.
Also, Gugara directed by Jacek Nagtowski and Andrzej Dybczak won Golden Hobby-Horse, the top award in National competition.
Krakow Festival is one of the oldest short and documentary film festivals in Europe.
