Short Film News (SFN) - Asian Film Academy (AFA) accepts application from the talented young Asian filmmakers for its 4th edition till May 31.

AFA which is related to Pusan International Film Festival is an educational program where young Asian filmmakers can practice filmmaking and learn philosophy of cinema through the production of short films, workshops, master-classes, lectures and mentoring under the direction of the prominent Asian directors and talented faculty staffs from Korea.

AFA 2008 will be held for 17 days from September 25 to October 11, and Application deadline is May 31, 2008.

Applicants who has professional experience in directing, cinematography, editing or sound design at least for two short films or has worked as a main staff more than one feature film should submit application form, other requested documents and portfolio to AFA office.
