Short Film News (SFN) - The 4th On & Off Short Films Festival which will take place from July 29 to August 3, 2008 in Ribadeo, Spain, will run for the first time as an international event.

The participation in the festival is open to all the filmmakers and all the short films no longer than 20 minutes will be accepted if they were produced in 2007 and 2008.

 On & Off Festival has three categories, which include live action, animation, and documentary short films.

All the applications must be submitted to the organization earlier than June 30, 2008.

On & Off Short Films Festival basic aim is the diffusion and promotion of short films throughout screenings.
