Short Film News (SFN) - Online film promotion and distribution company, Film Annex announced that it has made a significant change in its revenue sharing policy in order to benefit the filmmakers by giving them 100% of the revenues they obtain through their movie sales online.
The filmmakers who sell their films on the Film Annex website will not only be able to select the price they prefer to put on their films, but will also receive the full amount of the revenues they make through their sales. Film Annex will not take any percentage from these transactions.
"This change in Film Annex's revenue policy will give the filmmakers the full advantage of distributing their works on Film Annex's online platform," said Francesco Rulli, President of Film Annex. "Through our new policy, Film Annex becomes an even more rewarding online platform that is free and provides the filmmakers with the utmost benefits."
The company's new revenue sharing policy is also valid for the past sales of the filmmakers, who will be able to retrieve the remaining of their past revenues by requesting payment.
