Short Film News (SFN) - Opolskie Lamy International Short Film Festival opened today in Opole city in Poland.
28 selected films from different countries are going to participate in the International Competition which includes student Competition section and amateur section.
This event has special film workshops for children and young people and for the second time, the youngest will be able to try their creativity in animation.
From April 29 to May 1, pupils from the local primary schools will take part in workshops led by Polish independent filmmaker Piotr Matwiejczyk.
Participants in the workshops will go through all cycles of film making: from the idea to screenwriting, camera work, and film montage.
