Short Film News (SFN)- The second edition of GRAND OFF (European Off Film Awards) that is dedicated to short films is to be held in Warsaw with a new added section for the best Non European film.

All kinds of short films produced after 1st January 2007 have the chance of being accepted in this festival.

Among submitted films the best work will receive nominations to European Awards In the following categories: director, scriptwriter, cinematography, montage, actor, actress, feature, documentary, animation and with the new added award for best Non European film, 10 awards are to be presented.

Nomination will be made by Selection Committee and the Award Ceremony will be held on 30th November 2008 in Warsaw.
