Short Film News (SFN)- A 10 year old filmmaker who directed Kevin Bacon on the set of a short film sued a woman who paid money for making film.

Dominic Scot Kay who was the voice of animated character Wilber in "Charlotte's Web"
claims in a lawsuit field that he came up with the idea for the short film "Saving Angelo".
The film is based on Kay's real life effort to nurse an abandoned badly injured dog.
The superiour court alleges that Conroy Kanter who has paid about 11.000 $ for the project demanded creative control , including distribution rights.
Conroy Kanter has threatened to sue Kay if he finishes editing of the film without her consent . The lawsuit says.
Kanter's lawyer contends that she gave the money as charity and the lawsuit stems from a dispute between Kanter and Kay's mother over who should benefit of the film.
Lawsuit seeks a jury trial and a court declaration that Kanter has no right to creative control or the distribution or promotion of the movie.
